British rock band, The Kooks, have just released their new single "Is It Me?"
You can officially buy the single on September 4th. Exactly a week before their new album "Junk Of The Heart" comes out.
The album was produced by Tony Hoffer, who produced albums by The Fratellis and Air. And was recorded in New York and London.
The single is the first time we will hear new bassist Pete Denton who replaced Max Rafferty. Rafferty left the band due to his drug addiction.
The Kooks toured a lot of random, fan chosen gigs earlier in the year. Including a show at the Troubadour that my friend Jazzmin went to and shes in the process of writing a review for that. Now the band will head back to the UK to play a nine date tour in the autumn. You can check the tour dates here on their website once ya scroll down.
